Do you know how to protect myself in the astral realm? I'm now terrified of being in the dark because i have visions day and night, sleep and awake, its as if the veil between the two worlds has been lifted. I'm a Scorpio, the paranormal shaman of the signs. I don't know how to protect myself in the astral realm. I usually sleep with my black blankey to keep me feeling safe cause I feel black is a protective color to wear. In fact I usually wear black in general in fear bad spirits and things might try to harm me without it. Any tips?
